A name close to my heart

KAJ brings together three names: Katrina, my daughter Amyah, and my son Jahmeil. It’s a little piece of my family in every escape I help you plan.

Planning fees

Time dedicated to you.

A planning fee recognizes the time spent researching and preparing your personalized options. Half of your planning fee is credited toward your trip when you book.

Planning terms: One planning fee and one booking credit per trip request—not per traveler. The planning fee is nonrefundable once research begins. Booking credit eligibility, timing, cancellation treatment, and the payment method will be confirmed in written terms before any fee is collected.

A few things to know

Before we
start planning.

Is submitting an inquiry free?

Yes. You can share your trip idea before deciding to proceed with personalized planning. The planning fee and terms will be explained before payment.

Are the fees per person?

No. The fee is per trip request, based on the total traveler count. The booking credit is also one credit for the trip, not a credit for every traveler.

What if I decide not to book?

The planning fee becomes nonrefundable once research begins because it pays for work completed. Final written terms will be provided before collection.

How would the booking credit work?

$15, $30, or $50 is credited toward the same trip when booked through KAJ Blue Escapes, based on your planning fee. Eligibility and terms will be explained before payment.

Can I share accessibility or sensory needs?

Absolutely. Share specific needs at the inquiry stage so they can guide the research. Accessibility features, accommodations, and requests must be confirmed with the relevant supplier; suitability cannot be guaranteed.

Are trip prices and payment plans guaranteed?

Rates and availability may change until booked and confirmed. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rules, and package inclusions depend on the supplier and the trip selected.
